Refund Policy


We are happy to offer a return policy on items that you have purchased on www.mantrababe.com for 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be placed back in the original packaging.

Special Note on SWIMSUIT returns:

We will only accepts returns for swimsuits that have been unused and with the sanitary panel (as applicable) and all original tags in place. You may NOT return any swimsuits that have been used or have in any way been submerged in water. Only swimsuits that are clearly unused will be accepted for any refund. 

To complete your return, please send an email to shopmantrababe@gmail.com with the subject line: "RETURN REQUESTED". Please send the following in the body of the email: (1) name of the product requested to return, (2)  order number that you received in your email from mantrababe.com when ordering the product, and (3) a photo of the product showing it has not been used.

Once we review and accept your return request, we will send you instructions on where to mail your product for return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shopmantrababe@gmail.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless you get a written exception from mantrababe.com.

We do not process exchange at this time. If you are not happy with your purchase, please process it as a refund.
