How it works
Subscribe to receive your quarterly subscription of beautiful, uplifting, and inspiring jewelry, accessories, and more. There are two subscription options: Quarterly ($39.99 per quarter) and Annual ($143.96 per year). You will get over $100 value in products in each subscription package.
What will come in my package?
You will receive a personally curated collection of beautiful, delicate, and inspiring items, many of which are hand-crafted by underprivileged or underemployed women in the greater Los Angeles area. Many of our jewelry items are based on semi-precious and precious gemstones that emanate healing, uplifting, and other beneficial properties.
What will I get in my package?
We have four shipment dates per year- March, June, September, and December and we ship on the 15th of each shipment month. You must place your subscription order before the 5th of the month prior to the shipment date. For example, in order to get March's package, you must subscribe no later than February 5. Any subscription orders that miss the deadline will be included in the following quarter's shipment.
What's the difference between "Subscribe" and "Shop"
Our primary service is a quarterly subscription service where you sign up to get a surprise package every 3 months on an on-going basis. For those who do not want an on-going subscription, or for anyone who wants to purchase a one-time gift for themselves or a loved one, they can use the "Shop" tab on our site to buy a one-time purchase. One-time purchases from our online store are subject to the limited quantities we carry at that time, and will be shipped within a week of placing the order, unless otherwise communicated.
When will you bill me?
We will bill your credit card on file every 3 months on the 23rd of each shipment month (March, June, September, December) after our shipment goes out. For example, we ship out your March package on March 15. We will bill your credit card on March 23, which will pay for your June package. .
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship in the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii.
What options do I have if I want to pause or cancel?
You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime and for any reason.
In order to skip or pause your next package, just log into your account and either "Skip my next package" or "Pause my next package" before the 5th of the month prior to the next shipping date (for example, make sure you "Skip" or "Pause" before February 5th in order to skip your March package. Unless you tell us otherwise, we will resume sending you your subscription package after your skipped packages.
In order to cancel your subscription, just log into your account and "Cancel my subscription" before the 5th of the month prior to the next shipping date. For example, make sure to cancel before February 5th in order to not be charged for your March package. Any cancellations after the "5th of the prior month" deadline will go into effect for the following shipping date (for example- if you cancel on February 5th or after, you will still be charged for the March package- but will not be charged for any package thereafter.
